Lenovo 360 Circle is a collaborative membership initiative by Lenovo that brings together its downstream ecosystem as well as key suppliers, customers and 3rd party experts.
The Lenovo 360 Circle provides a customized sustainability framework that helps their members unlock new opportunities, elevate their sustainability impact, align with top industry standards, collaborate with global experts, gain recognition for environmental efforts, and integrate / co-develop holistic sustainability solutions and business models throughout their operations.
In 2025, 19 Lenovo 360 Circle leaders participated in a tailored four-month transformational journey curated by Ashoka Changemaker Companies designed to strengthen their inner abilities to lead change and drive collective sustainability-focused action.
This journey was designed to cultivate personal leadership and deepen self-awareness, empowering participants to lead with purpose, clarity and authenticity. By fostering meaningful connections with peer changemakers, the program created a trusted space for exchange, inspiration, and mutual support. Together, these experiences ignited a shared commitment to driving long-term social and environmental impact in their companies and in the Lenovo 360 Circle.

I don’t often post on LinkedIn, but I felt compelled to share this recent experience.
Over the past few months, I had the honor of joining Ashoka Changemaker Companies Guided Leadership Journey, organized by Lenovo—an incredible experience that brought together peers from across the industry, including some from competing companies, to explore purpose-driven leadership in sustainability.
It all culminated in a meaningful and inspiring closing in beautiful Geneva, a perfect setting to reflect on everything we’ve learned.
What stood out most was discovering how much we all have in common. Despite our different backgrounds and job titles, we share many of the same challenges and aspirations. It reminded me how powerful it is when we come together—not just to exchange ideas, but to support each other in creating positive change, especially in the field of sustainability.
This journey challenged me to slow down and reflect, which isn’t always easy in a fast-paced environment. I learned how vital it is to lean on a trusted network—to seek feedback, hear new perspectives, and navigate roadblocks more thoughtfully.
Perhaps the biggest shift for me has been a renewed belief in collaboration over isolation. Real change is possible when we work together with openness, vulnerability, and shared purpose.

Heading to the Lenovo 360 Circle Summit 2025 in Geneva!
Last March, I met near Brussels with a team of leaders committed to shifting environmental boundaries within their organizations. Together, we discussed at length our obstacles, possible solutions, and the difficulty of combining economic performance with respect for the environment.
We are seeking to mobilize so that everyone becomes aware of the issues at stake, and so that they join us in this fight to change our harmful habits.
This collective is important to me—every chat with them is a source of motivation. Despite the contradictory pressures we may experience on a daily basis, it helps me maintain hope and keep moving forward, together.
On Thursday, June 19, at 9:30 AM, I’ll have the honor of speaking during the workshop “Bridging Sustainability and Business.” It’s a unique opportunity to share Group Constellation’s concrete actions and strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
This is more than just a speaking engagement—
It’s an open invitation to collaborate, share best practices, and co-create meaningful solutions with fellow changemakers from around the world.

During today’s storytelling session at the Lenovo Changemakers Journey, something powerful unfolded.
One by one, leaders shared their stories—not just their titles or roles, but the moments that shaped them, the values that ground them, and the clarity that calls them forward. We created a space for meaningful feedback and deep expressions of gratitude. It was vulnerable. It was bold. It was real.
A heartfelt thank you to my dear colleague and fellow coach, Jeremy Keeley whose masterful facilitation helped the group find their rhythm—their flow—and the courage to step into what’s next.
Each story was rooted in purpose. Each voice a reminder that sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s a way of being. And It’s a wrap!
As one of their coaches, I witnessed a turning point. A collective deepening. The confidence, the courage, the readiness to lead from within. The Bold steps.
They are on the brink of cultivating something enduring—a garden of the future.
One that grows through intention, nurtures community, and challenges the status quo with compassion and conviction in business and their workplaces.
We felt the shift. The flow. That powerful moment when insight meets momentum—and change becomes inevitable.
