Ashoka’s Community of Corporate Leaders: It rings together Ashoka corporate partners and all their purpose-driven changemakers and leaders who are willing to create a new leadership culture within their organizations and their ecosystem. These are some of the programs:   

Guided Leadership Journey: It is a peer space for senior corporate leaders who want to strengthen their inner ability to lead the change within their organizations.

Community of Practice: It is a safe space for corporate peers to share, learn, and access concrete tips and tools on specific topics raised by community members. A group of Lenovo leaders participated in different communities of practice in 2023 and 2024: 

• “Building a Culture of ESG” (May 2023) 

• "How to build an inclusive workforce environment by embracing migrant employment (June 2023) 

• “How to embark your customers in positive impact projects" (Sept 2023) 

• "Localizing Global Impact Strategies: Sharing the conditions for successful impact approaches" (May 2024) 

 Making More Health Together is an annual global event that brings together like-minded people from a community of diverse, action-oriented stakeholders, partnering together to achieve sustainable social impact. It is organized by Making More Health, the partnership initiated in 2011 by Boehringer Ingelheim and Ashoka to increase access to healthcare for people, animals and communities globally. 

In the 2023 edition of this event, Virginie Le Barbu participated as a key speaker in the panel “Building a Culture of Impact within Companies: From External Reporting to Systemic Transformation”. In the 2024 edition, which was hosted on October 9-10, Pratima Harite  represented Lenovo as a panelist in the session “Inspirational Stories: How Cross-Sector Collaboration Leads to Change”, together with the Head of Growth of the Ashoka Fellow organization “Tech to the Rescue”, Mara Puacz. 

Future of Business an Intercompany Course for Changemakers: 5 Lenovo leaders participated in this 6-week online course for corporate professionals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of social impact, and use their skills to advance social innovation within their institutions.
